XP League serves up a pro-level experience for gamers ages 8-17. Looking to prepare for high school, college, or professional gaming? Our athletes crush all their goals with next-level gaming strategies and experienced coaches.

YOU'RE TEACHING MORE THAN VIDEO GAMES

XP League is an esports league that is modeled after classic youth sports organizations, making it easy for kids to understand our programming. Through coach and player training—that is custom-tailored by the PCA, Aim Lab, and our program directors—anyone can become a successful coach. No video game or esports experience required!

We are looking for a Coach to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.

Our coaches are the lifeblood of our XP League. This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and player engagement.

Are you experienced in working with children? Do you enjoy teaching and building life skills in young minds? Have you mentored youth? This could be the role for you.

WE BUILD CHARACTER, NOT AVATARS.

XP League’s professional coaches teach important skills such as sportsmanship and strategic thinking. Our gamer athletes experience all the benefits of being a part of a youth sports team. XP League is the first esports program to partner with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) to ensure that our coaches set the highest standard for competitive youth gaming.

Participation in one of our competitive splits includes everything gamer athletes need to compete.

Our esports league supports four splits – each ending in a finale. We welcome new athletes to join anytime throughout the year. No need to wait for the beginning of the next split.
